Pink Bandana Catering Services can provide you or your business or home with an event to remember. We handle every aspect of catering, including deliveries, setup, and pickups. We service the business and private sector through catering everything from simple luncheons, to elaborate weddings. We are also the special event and holiday party specialists.

Catering is what we do. Our goal is to help you create a memorable event. Our catering experts will work to design a custom menu that will fit your every need. We know that you demand quality catering, but affordable catering is a consideration as well. We can work with any budget no matter how small (or big). Pink Bandana provides full service catering for both corporate and private clients. We offer both off premise and on premise catering.

Service Fees & Customer Guarantee

  • Customer Guarantee - A minimum guarantee is due seven (7) days prior to your event. There may be no decreases. You may increase your guest count up to two 2 days prior to your event, at which time your final count is due. The price per person will increase if under the booked count.

  • Deposit Schedule - 10% to reserve date | 30% 30 Days prior to event | 30% 7 Days prior to event | 30% the day of the event

  • Services Provided - Experienced Professional Service Staff One hour set up and Three hour service time. There is a $100 per half hour Charge for any extension beyond Three (3) hours. Disposable Caterware; plates, utensils, napkins, cups.

  • Delivery & Set Up - If you prefer a delivery/pick-up of the buffet – the charge is $75.00. (This includes professional set-up & return to pick up)

  • Service Charge - A service charge of 18% will be added to your invoice.

  • Sales Tax - A 6% PA sales tax will be itemized on your contract.

Catering Service Levels & Expectations

  • ∗ Catered Event - No; Service - Pickup; Plates, silverware, etc. – You provide. Expect to pickup or have disposable trays of food delivered. Set up & Serving is up to you. The term for this style of service is "Express"

  • ∗∗ Catered Event - No; Service - Delivery & Setup; Plates, silverware, etc. – Paper & Plastic. Expect food to be delivered and set up by caterer. Serving of food is up to you. The term for this style of service is "Limited Service - Delivery"

  • ∗∗∗ Catered Event - Yes; Service – Buffet, Server/Carver; Plates, silverware, etc. – High Quality Disposable ware. Expect Buffet Stations. Carver and or server to help with serving of Food. Food prepared at the Commissary. The term for this type of service is "Full Service".

  • ∗∗∗∗ Catered Event - Yes; Service – Full Service; Plates, silverware, etc. – China, Table Cloths. Expect a sit down event. Full service staff and clean up crew, many bells and whistles. Food is cooked to order at the party site, with a Culinary Staff. This is "Gourmet Catering".

  • ∗∗∗∗∗ Catered Event - Yes; Service – Full service; Plates, Silverware, etc. – Fine China, Silver flatware, seat covers. Expect top of the line event with all the bells and whistles. Caterer will provide all service, supplies, food etc. required. This is "Upscale Gourmet Catering".
